A blend of wild and brown rices makes this a versatile accompaniment to any meal. Great as a pilaf, or served with seafood, poultry, or wild game. 1 pound.
Cooking Instructions:
Combine 1 c. rice, 1 3/4c water or broth, and 1 tbsp. butter or oil (optional) in a pot and bring to a boil.
Cover with a tight-fitting lid, reduce heat to low-simmer, and cook 45 minutes.
Remove from heat (with lid on!) and steam for 10 minutes. Fluff with fork.
